Buying guidance
Buying guidance built on
structure and data
Professional support for your purchase in Morocco. We analyse the property, compare the market price, review the file and guide the transfer.
Who is this for?
For international buyers and investors who want a professional process behind a purchase in Morocco: the buyer of a first home or apartment, the investor focused on returns, and the buyer of a new-build project who wants the developer and contract terms assessed.
Many clients buy remotely, from Europe or elsewhere. That is precisely when a professional party on the ground adds the most value.
What we analyse
- Market comparison: the asking price alongside reference properties, local price levels and available market information.
- Property analysis: location, condition, layout, rentability and exit potential in a single overview.
- Return indication: for an investment, the distinction between gross rental potential, net result, management costs and vacancy risk.
- File and due diligence: title of ownership, land registry entry, mortgages or attachments, and the contract terms.
- Property report: the findings brought together in one document, so choices are visible and open to discussion.

Why Maghreb Estates
What we add is structure: local presence in Morocco, knowledge of the land registry and notarial practice, market comparison based on data, and a sober assessment of price and property. You receive well-founded advice rather than a sales pitch, and we guide the process through to transfer.
Our role and our fee are discussed clearly in advance. Sometimes the client pays directly for guidance or analysis; on certain projects the fee may be settled through the provider or developer. In every case we assess whether the property suits the client’s goal, budget and risk profile.
The entire process can be handled remotely: with a notarial power of attorney we can complete the purchase through to the deed. We guide clients in English, French, Dutch and Arabic/Darija.
