New-build & off-plan
New-build & off-plan
in Morocco
Buying before completion means a lower entry price and staged payment. We analyse the project, the developer, the permits and the contract before you commit.
How staged payment works
The purchase price is divided into instalments, ideally tied to construction phases — foundation, structural work, finishing, delivery — so you pay as the building actually progresses. That lowers the entry threshold and keeps the incentive with the developer.
For existing properties, staged payment is uncommon.
What we analyse
Off-plan stands or falls on the developer and the contract. We map out four elements before you commit:
- The project: plans, building permit, realistic schedule and the agreed level of finish.
- The developer: track record, previously delivered projects and financial soundness.
- The contract: instalments tied to construction phases, cancellation conditions and protection of your payments.
- The payment: a verifiable route through the notary, correctly recorded in the deed.
